Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs: 2 “10. RELIEFS SOUGHT 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent no. 01 and direct him to dispose of the pending application filed under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act bearing case no- 202601250600007/Sarfaesi Act/2025-26 accordance with law within a stipulated time as mentioned in the Act. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/ writ(s), order(s) in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit &just in the facts & circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the pending application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition. 5. Considering facts of the case and limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a 3 direction to respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the pending application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said application has not already been decided.
