Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents-Board has produced a copy of office order dated 20.04.2026, issued by Dy. Chief Engineer, (OP) Circle, HPSEBL, Mandi, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 20.04.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been promoted as Lineman with retrospective effect i.e. from 17.10.2010, purely on notional basis till his actual joining as Lineman. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.19845 of 2025, titled, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Bahadur Singh vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited & Ors., has been complied with, the present petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition.
