Copy of the said communicated dated 29th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 2. Steps taken by the concerned police authorities in Noapara P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026 dated 6th February, 2026 are disclosed. Based on fraudulent remittance of amount being proceeds of cyber crime to bank accounts of certain persons raids were conducted to nab accused persons but it was found that accused persons were not staying at the residence. 3. Concerned police authorities are directed to make further endeavour to arrest accused 2 persons and take investigation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law at an early date. 4. If petitioner is dissatisfied with manner of investigation in that event petitioner shall be at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy. 5.
