No 88 Methur Dera, Gurukul Basti Surajkund Faridabad. I am a junior accountant in a private company. Yesterday on 29.09.2025 at around 10 pm my father Mukesh Kumar was returning home after worshipping at the temple. On the way Abhishek, a resident of our colony, was standing there earlier, during that time I was also coming from the temple with my father, Abhishek used to taunt my father many times while passing by on the way that they usually worship but they beat dogs with sticks. Even today, when my father and I were coming from the temple, Vinay uncle's house was on the way, where Vinay uncle was standing outside the house. Abhishek was arguing with Vinay uncle and along with Abhishek, his brother-Annu and his friends Sunny, Lal, Manni Bhadana, Sumit, Vishal, Ravi, Sachin and 5-6 other boys were standing there, my father said to Abhishek why are you arguing with them. Abhishek told my father to do his work, then my father and I went to our house, then my father went home and called Abhishek's mother and complained about Abhishek. Then Abhishek's mother called my father and called him in front of Vinay uncle's house, then I also went with my father. There Abhishek's mother tried to make understand Abhishek, then a boy named Sunny started speaking in between, then I told Sunny to keep quiet. Then in the meantime Manni Bhadana slapped me and as soon as this happened, Abhishek and his friends started beating us and they had hidden sticks somewhere nearby which they brought and hit us with the sticks and Sumit attacked my father with the knife, he was having and stabbed two or three 1 times on his left side below the chest on the waist.
