Heard Mr. Gagan Tiwari and Mr. Tanmay Thomas, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Praveen Das, learned Addl. Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief(s):- “10.1. To issue suitable directions/orders/writ to the respondent authorities to prevent and restrain any social boycott, religious discrimination, coercion for 5 religious conversion; 10.2 To issue suitable directions/orders/writs and appropriate directions to the respondent authorities to ensure that the petitioners are not deprived statutory welfare scheme of the State Authorities including benefit under MNREGA collection of 'Tendu Patta'. 10.3 To issue suitable directions/orders/writs and appropriate directions to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the private respondents nos. 09 to 12. 10.4 To issue suitable directions/orders/writs and appropriate directions to the respondent authorities to take appropriate steps for protection of the petitioners' faith, livelihood and property. 10.5 To issue suitable directions/orders/writs and appropriate directions to the respondent authorities assess the damage caused to the standing crop of the petitioners' fields and decide and grant upon appropriate compensation for the same. 10.6 To grant any other relief(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in favour of the petitioner, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the dispute between 6 the parties relates to the land which were culivating by the petitioners and dispute arose by the other villagers staing that the said land is village land and it cannot be used personally. In the matter one Istgasha has been prepared and placed before the concerned Court. 4. From perusal of the copy of Istagasha produced by the learned Counsel for the State, it ranspires that already a complaint has been registered yesterday against both the parties and considering that the dispute is with respect to the land concerned, which has been given a colour of dispute with respect to religious discrimination, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under the law. 6. In view of the above, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioenrs to take recourse to law.
