Notice of motion. 3. On advance notice, Ms. Malvika Singh, DAG Haryana, who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that she has instructions to say that three separate applications were moved by the petitioner i.e. (i) before DLSA (ii) Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh and (iii) before Rajasthan Police.
