However, inadvertently his absence is not shown in the order passed in the writ petition. The writ petition filed by the petitioners has been dismissed primarily on the ground that the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy. 2. The petitioners herein do not dispute the existence of an alternative and efficacious remedy. However, they submit that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in the said writ petition, they have made certain payments but the same has been not reflected in the order. On the contrary it is mentioned that the interim order passed by this Court has not been complied. This they contend, is erroneous. 3. The fact of the petitioners not complying with the interim order has been recorded in the order passed in the writ petition - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010510212026 NC: 2026:KHC:40453 RP No. 413 of 2026 is based on the submission made by learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1. 4. Nevertheless, the writ petition having been dismissed on the ground of the petitioners having an alternative and efficacious remedy and the said fact being admitted by the petitioners, the question of reviewing the said order does not arise. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. It is needless to state that if the petitioners have indeed paid the amounts pursuant to the interim order of this Court, they are always at liberty to show the same in the appeal proceedings and the appellate authority is bound to consider the said submission in accordance with law.
