This is an o8ce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 23.08.2025 passed in MCRC No. 4158 of 2024, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Antim Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi=ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 23.08.2025. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh District- Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 15.12.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the case is presently at the stage of prosecution evidence. Out of a total of 16 prosecution witnesses, the examination of 13 witnesses have been completed so far. Despite issuance of summons and warrants on several occasions, the remaining witnesses have failed to appear, due to which the case could not be disposed of within the prescribed time. In order to ensure the appearance of the remaining witnesses, a memorandum is being issued for execution of warrants through the Superintendent of Police by giving special priority, and there is a strong likelihood that the case will be =nally disposed of within a period of three months. Therefore, as an additional period of three months is required for disposal of the case. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that an additional period of three months be graciously granted. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three month from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o4 with the aforesaid direction. 8.
