GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 26-02-2026 MC(WP(C)) No. 168 of 2026 [1] Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 139 of 2026. [2] By the present application, the applicant prays for substituting the word “disturbed” occurred in para 7 2nd line of the order dated 20-02-2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 139 of 2026 with MC(WP(C)) No. 145 of 2026. [3] Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel for the applicant, submits that during the course of hearing, it was dictated that “the petrol pump of the petitioner may not be dismantled except for minor repairing”. However, inadvertently, the word “dismantled” has been substituted by “disturbed” and it is prayed that the word “disturbed” may be corrected as “dismantled”. [4] Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. L. Liya, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4/IOC, Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate on behalf of respondent No. 5; and Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel for respondent No. 1/writ petitioner, have no objection. [5] This Court has perused the material on record. By substituting the word “disturbed” by “dismantled”, there will be no substantive change in the order dated 20-02-2026. In the circumstances, the word “disturbed” occurring in 2nd line of para 7 of the order dated 20-02-2026 shall be read as “dismantled”. [6] MC(WP(C)) No. 168 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.
