JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 31.10.2025 submitted to respondent No.2 and representation dated 11.11.2025 submitted to respondent No.3 vide Annexures-C and D respectively, wherein the petitioner had requested for release of pensionary benefits including DCRG, commutation value of pension and terminal earned leave encashment, etc. The respondents have not considered the said representations. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representations of the petitioner vide Annexures-C and D, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010248062026 NC: 2026:KHC:43411 WP No. 11169 of 2026 3. In view of the submission made by the learned AGA, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner vide Annexures-C and D, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order; iii.
