1. Learned for the appellant submits that there is a material fact which has not been noticed by the learned Single Judge that the respondents are not the per say the employees of the Municipal Corporation but are the outsourced employees of the Contractor who could not have been regularized as there is no master and servant relationship between the appellant and the respondents hence, the present appeal may kindly be
disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and if need arises, to file fresh appeal.
2. Ordered accordingly.
3. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stands
disposed of.
