Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kalahandi (O.P.No.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before proceeding for eviction and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
