By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Order dated 26/02/2021 SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2026.08.31 17:13:03 +0530 2 Bearing no. CEDMAP/EDS/335 05/02/2021, bearing no. Passed by respondent no.4. and Order dated CEDMAP/EDS/297, Passed by respondent no. 4. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to initiate proceedings for division of assets liabilities and Manpower of the CEDMAP, and further to constitute the CGCED. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondent no.4 to allow the petitioner to work in the State of C.G. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working with respondent No. 2 and 3 on contract basis from year 1991 and suddenly the impugned inter-office correspondence was issued by the respondent No. 4 vide Annexure P/2 dated 05/02/2021, whereby a direction was issued for discontinuation of contract of the petitioner upon issuance of one month notice. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner sympathetically looking to the service rendered by the petitioner for a considerable period. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondents would oppose. 4. Heard. 5. Having considered limited prayer made by the petitioner, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3/competent authority within a period 45 days from today. On such representation having been made, the 3 respondents No. 2 and 3/ competent authority shall consider the claim of the petitioner pragmatically, sympathetically and taking into consideration the experience gained by the petitioner during the period of his service within further period of 120 days, strictly in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of.
