The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 3. The son of the petitioner is selected for getting admission in the MBBS course at Bangladesh but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not providing the passport to the son of the petitioner to go to Bangladesh to pursue his higher study. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved with the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate authority and he prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible so that the son of the petitioner may get the passport to go to Bangladesh to pursue his MBBS study. 2 5. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the materials on record, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. WPA 13463 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
