ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 23.02.2026 before the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the patta bearing No.59, which was fraudulently issued in the name of the fifth respondent and consequently issue joint patta. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 & 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 & 6 and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
