Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student aged about 19 years, who attained admission, in the respondent college, under an impression that respondent No.3 is a recognized college, and had also paid the fees, as and when directed, however, subsequently, it was deciphered fact that respondent No.3 is not a recognized college. Thus, being aggrieved of the said irregularity the petitioner submitted a representation before the District Collector, seeking directions for [2026:RJ-JP:18298] (2 of 2) [CW-7015/2026] transfer of his admission into another college of similar nature. However, a deaf ear is granted to the said representation. 2. Considering that there is a factual dispute; considering that the first authority to consider the grievance is not addressed by the present petitioner, this Court deems it fit to direct the respondent No.1-4 to consider the representation of the petitioner if filed, within a period of seven days, within a period of fortnight, strictly in accordance with law. 3.
