Present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate directions/orders to decide civil suit bearing no. CS CJ/1925/2024 (Annexure P-1) titled “Dr. Hridayesh Singh Nat vs. Dr. Harshdeep Singh Nat & Ors.” along with applications filed therein, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh, in a time bound manner (preferably within one year).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing petitioner states that he wants to withdraw present civil revision with liberty to file afresh with betters particulars and accordingly, withdraws the same.

In view of statement, present civil revision stands dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
4.
Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands
disposed of accordingly.
