The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.27298 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on alternate days i.e on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m and before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”. The other conditions remain unaltered. 4.
