And In the matter of : Saniul Sk. ……Petitioner. Mr. Sagar Saha Mr. Manjeet Saha Mr. Subhrahyoti Das ……for the Petitioner. Dr. Achin Jana Mr. Prosenjit Ghosh ……for the State. Petitioner is similarly placed as other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1230 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. However, is unable to refute the contention that petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail. Having regard to the aforesaid, I am of the opinion, petitioner be released on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Safikul Kabiraj & Anr. in CRM (NDPS) 1230 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1617 of 2026 is allowed. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
