Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that the petitioner is serving in a tribal area, interest of justice would be served, in case, he is transferred to a station of his choice out of the tribal area. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the petitioner may make a representation in this regard to the competent Authority. 3.
