This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) To issue a writ of certiorari by quashing the impugned order / communication dated 16.03.2026 issued by the respondent herein produced at Annexure-D at the earliest, in the interest of justice. (b) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to re-consider the representation dated 09.03.2026 produced at Annexure-C at the earliest in the interest of justice. (c) Any other direction or order may be passed in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Counsel for the petitioner, after advancing arguments for some time, submits that the petitioner does not wish to press prayer (a) in the writ petition. 4. Insofar as prayer (b) is concerned, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 09.03.2026, produced at Annexure-C. Having regard to the limited relief sought, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2026, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, and all contentions are left open to be considered by the respondent in accordance with law. 7.
