JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, the petitioners above named pray that this Hon'ble court be pleased to quash the entire FIR in Crime No.164/2026 of Kumbalagudu Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 336(2), 336(3), 336(4), 338, 340(1), 340(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, 2023 pending on the file of 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), Bengaluru Rural, Benglauru and to grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri. D.R .Ravishankar, learned Senior counsel for Sri. Venkatchalapathi M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned State Public Prosecutor - I appearing for respondent No.1. 3. On perusal of the records, it is the prima facie view of this Court that the investigation in the case at hand is imperative. 5. The learned Senior counsel submits that petitioner is already on bail. In that light, the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and he is reserved liberty to knock at the doors of this Court, all over again, keeping open all the contentions urged, in the event the final report is filed and final report could go against him.
