2. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the order dated August 5, 2026, the name of the advocate of the State is recorded as „Ms. Sudipa Banerjee‟ but she has not appeared in the matter and he submits that „Mr. Amit Baran Dash‟ is appearing in the present writ application.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent State, in the order dated August 5, 2026, the name of the advocate for the State shall be read as „Mr. Amit Baran Dash‟ instead of „Ms. Sudipa Banerjee‟.
4. This order be read with the order dated August 5, 2026.
