DATE : 24.08.2026 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2. At the outset, he seeks permission to add the Collector, Nagpur as a party respondent. 3. Permission is granted. 4. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 5. The prayer in this petition is regarding the disbursement of compensation for the acquired land. The issue regarding the entitlement of petitioners is still not decided by any authority. 6. The issue regarding the grant of employment is concerned, we direct respondent No.2 and issue as regards compensation is concerned, we direct the Collector, Nagpur to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with the law, after hearing the affected parties, within eight weeks from the receipt of this order and the petition. 2026:BHC-NAG:10994-DB 117.wp.6505.26 2/2 7. Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of the petition along with the order passed today before respondent No.2 and the Collector, Nagpur, within a week. 8.
