The learned Counsel for the Government (Crl. Side) appearing for the contemnor has filed a report dated 29.01.2026 stating that all the defamatory posts against the petitioner were removed from the social media and the same was also accepted by the petitioner, confirming that as on date, no defamatory posts against him are available on social media. 3. As far as the non-registration of an FIR is concerned, the contemnor has given an explanation in the said report, and there is no wilful disobedience. 4. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. 5.
