1. The writ application has been preferred praying for directions upon the respondent nos. 2 to 4, the Provident Fund Authorities and the Establishment to release the entire cumulative provident fund amount along with interest to the petitioner.
2. In spite of being served through the local Police Station, none appears for the Howrah Mill.
3. Learned counsel for the P. F. Authorities submits that they have not received any documents, as required, from the respondent nos. 3 and 4 without which they cannot process the prayer of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall, within 30 days from the date of this order, provide all necessary documents to the respondent no.2 to process the claim of the petitioner herein.

5. The petitioner herein is granted liberty to communicate the server copy of this order through the local Police Station to the Howrah Mills for immediate action, as directed. In default, the Court shall proceed in accordance with law.
6. The writ application stands disposed of.
7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities.
