Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the defacto complainant. 2. According to the story made out in the first information report, the incident took place on June 14, 2025, one facebook news was published against the ex-Minister and her husband. 3. The defacto complainant made some comments on such news. On that day, one Jhulan Lai accompanied by 6(six) others detained the defacto complainant and asked him to accompany them. He was forcefully 2 taken to S.D.O. Office, where he was assaulted by the present petitioners. It has been alleged that lastly on April 19, 2026, the defacto complainant was threatened by the present petitioners which gave rise to the instant case. 4. I have gone through the case diary. 5. The learned advocate appearing for the State fairly submits that there are no injury reports collected by the investigating officer in course of investigation. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for the anticipatory bail. 6. In such circumstances, considering the nature of allegations as well as the materials in the case diary, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on further condition that petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of investigation and on condition that the petitioners 3 shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioners in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court. 8. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Allowed. 9. CRM(A) 2455 of 2026 is disposed of. (Md.Shabbar Rashidi. J)
