1. The present revisional application is preferred seeking for quashing of the proceeding being GR Case No.1752 of 2009 arising out of Asansol P.S. Case No.189 of 2009 dated 4.12.2009 under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Asansol, Burdwan (presently known as Paschim Bardhaman) as well as order dated 16th November, 2010 passed in the proceeding.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.
3. By order dated 22nd July, 2026 State was directed to furnish status report with regard to the proceedings before the learned trial court.
4. In compliance to the said order the State has filed a report furnished by the SI of Police, Officer-in-Charge, Asansol North Police Station, ADPC annexing the copy of judgment of the learned trial court passed in the above proceedings on 14th September, 2022, which is taken on record.
5. Learned Advocate for the State submits that as per the report all the petitioners have been acquitted from the case.

Upon going through the report of the State as well as the judgement of the learned trial court annexed to the said report it is found that the petitioners have been held to be not guilty of offence under Sections 498A/323/34 of IPC and were accordingly acquitted from the charges under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C.
7. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision seeking for quashing of the proceeding become infructuous.
8. Accordingly, CRR 447 of 2011 stands dismissed being infructuous.
9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
10. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
11. There shall be no order as to costs.
12. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
13. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
