Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Prayer made in this petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to forthwith comply with the provisions of the Government Resolution dated 2nd May, 2017. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Statue is tried to be installed in the square in contravention of the aforesaid Government Resolution. When enquired what is the actual area where the Statue is to be installed and whether the actual spot inspection has been done, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has made an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the information has not been supplied to him. This fact clearly shows that the petition is not based on the research carried out by the petitioner. The material information/facts are not provided in the petition. The provisions of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, more particularly, the Public Interest Litigation Rules are crystal clear. The petitioner, who has filed this Public Interest Litigation, is required to give the full particulars, on the basis of which he rests his claim.
