The petitioner has preferred this petition seeking direction to the respondents to regularize his service. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation for regularization before the respondent authorities and the respondent authorities be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation for regularization before the concerned respondents authority within a period of four weeks’ from today and, in turn, the concerned respondents are directed to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation in light of the circular dated 05.03.2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of said representation. 4.
