Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the condition No. 4(a) of the order dated 05.11.2025 has not been complied with due to some financial problem faced by the petitioner. He further submitted that his client is ready to bring a Demand Draft of Rs.2 lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Only ) in the name of the respondent in the next date of hearing. Thus, he prays to allow ten more days. 3.
