In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in R.P.No.55 of 2025 by the respondent No.1 and order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 vide Annexure- A and B respectively inter-alia sought for restoring the name of the petitioner in respect of land in question.

Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the impugned order passed by the respondent-authorities, it is evident that five registered sale deeds are involved in respect of the land in question. In such circumstances, the rights, title, and interest of the parties, including the extent of their respective claims over the subject property, are required to be adjudicated and crystallised by the competent Civil Court.
6. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no interference is called for with the impugned orders passed by the respondent-authorities in the exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
7. However, it is open to the petitioner to establish her right, title, and interest over the

property in question by approaching the competent Civil Court in accordance with law. In the event the petitioner institutes appropriate civil proceedings, the observations made by the revenue authorities or the revenue courts in the impugned proceedings shall not bind or influence the Civil Court while adjudicating the dispute on its own merits and in accordance with law. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
