Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ , order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not regularising the services of the petitioners from the date of completion of 10 years services in the existing vacancies as held by this Hon'ble High court in W.P.No. 24377/2007 as confirmed in the W.A. No. 782/2010 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and further direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners in the existing vacancies from the date of completion of 10 years of service in terms of Judgment in W.P.No. 27217/2017 as confirmed in W.A.No. 782/2010 is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the above judgments and pass such other order or orders. ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:
“….to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not regularizing the services of the petitioners from the date of completion of 10 years services in the existing vacancies as held by this Hon’ble High Court in W.P. No.24377/2007 as confirmed in the W.A. No.782 of 2010 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in the existing vacancies from the date of completion of 10 years of service in terms of Judgment in W.P.No.27217 of 2017 as confirmed in W.A. No.782/2010 and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Both learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents represented and stated that the issue in the present Writ Petition is covered by order dated 09.04.2026 passed in W.P. No.21843 of 2022 and requested to pass similar orders in the present Writ Petition. 3. Both the counsel unison represented to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 09.04.2026 in W.P. No.21843 of 2022. Hence, the respondents are hereby directed to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date when they have completed ten years of

service as per the judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and others v. Umadevi and others1 . 4. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
