Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the trial has already been concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted vide order dated 24.11.2025. 4. Learned State counsel endorses the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
