The present Writ Petition is filed seeking continuation of the Petitioner, who is an employee of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, A.P. Backward Class Welfare Residential School and Junior College, till the age of superannuation of 62 years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022, whereunder the age of superannuation of Government Employees was enhanced to 62 years. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Court in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, had allowed the claims of similarly placed persons vide its order, dated 29.01.2026, and no appeal was filed thereon. 3. Sri P. Ravi Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3, does not dispute the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4. In the light of the submissions made and in terms of the Orders passed in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, dated 29.01.2026, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions: i) The Petitioner shall be continued in service till the age of 62 years. 5 ii) There shall be no order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the Order passed in W.P.No.4913 of 2024, dated 29.01.2026, to this Order.
