JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 09.10.2025, whereby the Trial Court has re- issued the delivery warrant and directed the PSI, Panchanahalli, to provide police protection to the bailiff for the execution of the delivery warrant, if steps were taken by 09.10.2025, in the order dated 19.09.2025. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010775302025 NC: 2026:KHC:40518 WP No. 36219 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court the e-Courts online copy, which shows that, by order dated 10.12.2025, the Trial Court recorded that the bailiff had executed the delivery warrant on 11.11.2025, and that the DHR and his counsel had filed a memo seeking closure of the execution petition as fully satisfied. In view of the said memo, the execution petition was closed as fully satisfied. 3. The memo is taken on record. 4. In the light of the fact that the execution petition has already been closed, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. 5.
