This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioners’ case for perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Builder to provide all the amenities which is basic amenities for human being i.e. Sanitation, Electrification, approached road and drains etc., in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to check the document by which given NOC and approval for construction of the houses in the said colony and resolve the application and letters which has been given by the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any other relief this Hon’ble Court 3 deem fit just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Since the matter has been decided by the concerned RERA Authority and there is alternative remedy available to the petitioners under the law to approach before the concerned appellate authority under the RERA. Therefore, the petitioners are relegated to approach before the concerned appellate authority of RERA in accordance with law. 4.
