The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to qash the FIR dated 17.06.2020 registered at Police Station Supela, Bhilai, District- Durg (CG) vide Crime No. 369/2020 (Annexure-P/1), in the interest of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the State as well as Respondent No. 2 would submit that during the pendency of the present case, the charge-sheet has been submitted and the matter is again listed before the learned trial Court on 29.08.2026 for framing of charges. 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Cr.M.P. with liberty to take recourse to law if the petitioner aggrieved by the charge-sheet. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
