Mr. Bilal Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vijay Khanduri learned Brief Holders for the State. 3. By the instant petition the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 02.04.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 00105/2026 under section 3, 5 read with section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, P.S. Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No. 00105/2026 under section 3, 5 read with section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, P.S. Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar till the pendency of present petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the court concerned, however, they may be given some reasonable time to surrender. 5. Learned A.G.A. have not raised any objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 25.05.2026.
