06/ 06.04.2026: Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Topachanchi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already paid a sum of Rs. 2,79,42,000/- to the informant. He next submits the petitioners demanded certain space for road for that dispute arose and false case has been lodged against the petitioner and in view of that the petitioner was compelled to file anticipatory bail. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of snatching chain.

Considering that the petitioners have already paid a sum of Rs. 2,79,42,000/- to the informant and thereafter the petitioners requested the

informant to provide space for road for that dispute arose and thereafter the present case has been lodged making allegation of assault and snatching chain. Prima facie it transpires that the present case is counter blast of demand made by the petitioners and in view of matter, petitioners are
directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper.
6. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
