Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 2, The grievance of the petitioner is that though he stands transferred in terms of Office Order dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), from Karsog Unit to Baijnath Unit, however, till date he has not been relieved so as to enable him to join his place of posting.
3. As prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Authority concerned will ensure that order dated 30.03.2026 is implemented in letter and spirit within one week from today. The private respondent shall be relieved and directed to join in the place of his posting and the petitioner will also be relieved, to enable him to join at Baijnath Unit. In case, the Authority fails to pass the relieving order as by 25.04.2026, then the petitioner shall been deemed to have been relieved on the strength of this order and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 2026:HHC:12269 he shall be at liberty to join at Baijnath on 27.04.2026, or any date thereafter. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
