The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this court in W.P.No.18908/2024 (LA-BDA), whereby the learned Single Judge had directed the accused-Bangalore Development Authority [BDA] to consider the complainant's representation/objections within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of the said order. 2. Prior to filing of the aforementioned writ petition, the complainant had also filed a writ petition being W.P.No.27362/2016 (BDA), which was disposed of by an order dated 21.03.2023, whereby a direction was given to the BDA to consider the matter afresh in view of the observations made in the said order. 3. The controversy in the said petition was related to BDA modifying its plan to include private property which had not been - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010621502025 NC: 2026:KHC:41810-DB CCC No. 1238 of 2025 acquired earlier. The learned Single Judge had observed that in the form of modifying the layout plan, the BDA cannot stretch its hands on the private property of citizens without considering the objections to such modification. 4. It is stated that BDA has filed a review petition (R.P.No.432/2023) against the order dated 21.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.27362/2016. 5.
