Dutta Mr. Siddharta Bose … for the SEBI Learned advocate for the petitioner submits on the merits of the issues relating to the case pending before the learned Special Court. Learned advocate for SEBI opposes the application and submits that harsher process of law was issued in the year 2018 and, inspite of efforts, the petitioner could not be traced. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has approached this court and initially bailable warrant of arrest 2 was issued for appearance of the petitioner before the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the case, I direct that, in case, the petitioner surrenders by 24th August, 2026, the learned Special Court would release the petitioner on furnishing bond which was fixed at the time of issuance of bailable warrant. So far as the other processes are concerned, the same would remain stayed till 24th August, 2026. The learned Special Court would recall the order once the petitioner surrenders before the learned Special court. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 1733 of 2026 is disposed of.
