This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiaya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.- 338/2025, registered at Police Station - Kotwali, District- Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that certain defects have been pointed out in filing the affidavit in support of the bail application, and as such, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh and better-constituted application. 3.
