Ms. T.Meena, learned counsel representing Sri Gandham S.R. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, in view of the subsequent events, she seeks permission to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioners. 3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their legal remedies in accordance with law.
