Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: (i) “That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for her transfer from GHS Datyar u/c GMSSS Rajri Jabli, District Solan, HP to GSSS Talyahar, District Mandi, HP against vacant post keeping in view of her adverse family circumstances and as per the provisions of transfer policy; (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner contained in Annexure P-3 in a time bound manner.” 2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-3) sympathetically within a period of two weeks’ from today by passing a speaking order and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case, and the authority shall take a decision strictly in consonance with the provisions of law. 5.
