1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 1 to 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/8) and consider the case of the petitioner for promotion in accordance with law and after due process if the petitioner is found to be eligible for promotion, then grant the petitioner promotion, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioners including the cost of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is appointed on the post of Peon vide order dated 11.09.2013 and as of now has completed 12 years of her service on this post and has become eligible for consideration for the post of Assistant Grade-3. He submits that the post of Assistant Grade-3 is also lying vacant in the respondent department and therefore, petitioner has submitted representation before Deputy Director (Employment), Raipur and considering the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition she wrote letter to Director and has forwarded the claim of petitioner/representation to respondent no. 3 which till date is pending consideration. He submits that the petitioner thereafter has also submitted representation before respondent no. 3 on 06.01.2025 vide Annexure P-9 which is also not considered and decided and therefore, direction be issued to
3 / 3 respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation forwarded by respondent no. 4 at the earliest within a specified time frame.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner as forwarded by respondent no. 4, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the Order.
