Affidavit of service as filed be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for transfer has not been considered by the authorities. The petitioner is employed as a Nirman Sahayak since June 2012 and has been regularly discharging her duties. 3. The petitioner seeks transfer from the district of Purulia to Jalpaiguri, on the ground of distance and also on the ground that she has to live separately from her husband who is posted at Cooch Behar. 4. Her prayer for transfer has not yet been considered by the authorities. 5. I, therefore, direct the respondent no. 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer, as expeditiously as possible, positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. The authority will, if the application is rejected, communicate the decision to the petitioner within a week thereafter. P a g e | 2 7.
