2026:HHC:12273 P-1, dated 06.04.2026, in terms whereof, the she stands transferred from her present place of posting, i.e. GPS Moginand-II, Education Block Surla, District Sirmour, to GPS Deva Manal, Education Block Nohradhar, District Sirmaur. 3. On a query put to learned Counsel for the petitioner, he informed the Court that the petitioner is serving at the present place of posting since September, 2023. Further a perusal of para-2 of the petition demonstrates that at least as from the month of October, 2017, the petitioner has been serving either at Moginand-II or adjacent stations. This fact could not be disputed by learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner has completed almost 10 years of service within the vicinity of her present place of posting, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order because the petitioner being a district cadre employee, is bound to serve in other schools of the district also and it is not as if the respondents are obliged to post her always in her comfort zone. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition, being devoid of merit is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
