In this writ petition, the petitioners seeks a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to implement the order dated 26.04.2025 passed in W.P. No. 2783 of 2022 (Annexure-G) within a time-bound manner. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and taking into consideration the findings recorded by this Court in W.P. No.2783 of 2022, wherein this Court remanded the matter to the respondent No.3- - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010113772026 NC: 2026:KHC:44983 WP No. 4969 of 2026 Assistant Commissioner herein to take a fresh decision in the matter after conducting an enquiry, with regard to entries made in MRs, based on lawful orders passed by the revenue authorities and in view of the same, taking into consideration the order passed by this Court (Annexure-G) in the said writ petition, respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner is directed to conclude the entire proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4. Since this Court had disposed of W.P. No. 2783 of 2022 on 26.04.2024, which was more than a year ago, respondent No. 3 shall take necessary steps and conclude the proceedings within the aforesaid time. 5.
